If you have an accident, incident or near miss to report, please fill out the A2O Incident Reporting form.
If we don't know about it we cannot act upon it. Please fill out the form as fully as possible, including all contact details so we can check everyone is OK.

Maintenance and hazards
If you see something on the Trail that requires maintenance, there are two options to report this:
- Snap Send Solve – Download this free app, take a photo of the hazard or issue and report via the App. Find out more.
- Report the issue including photos to our Trail Manager via email - a2otrailmanager@waitaki.govt.nz
